TS Galaxy will give Mamelodi Sundowns the respect that they deserve as the defending league champions, but the Rockets won’t approach the game with fear.
On Sunday, Galaxy will host Sundowns at Mbombela Stadium at 3pm in the DStv Premiership tussle.

TS Galaxy netminder Marlon Heugh has explained the key factors that will steer the Rockets to victory against Sundowns.
“Games are against Sundowns are always difficult. They have a brilliant front three (Themba Zwane, Peter Shalulile, and Siphelele Mkhulise). They have a lot of key players on their team. They can play any player in any position and any player can deliver. To get results, we have to defend well. Once we defend well, chances will be created,” Heugh elaborated.
After 25 league matches, the Rockets are 8th on the log with 32 points.
“Sundowns is a good team. We will respect them but we won’t fear them. We have to show that from the first minutes. We have to push ourselves and take the game to them instead of sitting back and wait for them to come at us.” Heugh explained.
Heugh is in red-hot form, having kept back-to-back clean sheets against Baroka FC and Cape Town City. In 14 league appearances, he has managed six clean sheets.
