TS Galaxy FC dispatched Maritzburg United 3-0 at Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg in the DSTV Premiership to end their barren of nine games without a victory.

The Rockets registered their second victory of the season. Wayde Lekay broke the deadlock in the 33rd minutes.

Lindokuhle Mbatha dispossessed Faras Hachi in the middle of the park before laying a good pass in to the path of Lekay who finished with aplomb.

Marlon Heugh was the spectator for Galaxy between the sticks in the first half.

After the interval, Mbatha doubled our lead after a good link up play with Mxolisi Macuphu.

Felix Badenhorst came off the bench to seal the game for the Rockets in the 82and minutes.

The Rockets jumped from position 16 to number 12 on the log.
