TS Galaxy head coach, Owen Da Gama is delighted with the signing of Pogiso Sanoka.

The 28-year-old penned a two-year-deal with the Rockets on transfer deadline.

Sanoka was previously plying his trade with Maritzburg United. He burst to scenes back in 2015.

The versatile defender was also on the radar of other DSTV Premiership sides but he chose Galaxy as his next destination.

Da Gama is excited to beef up his squad with the acquisition of Sanoka.

“I’ve known Sanoka now for quite some year at Maritzburg United. He has always been a fantastic player and is very versatile. He can play in different positions. Sanoka brings height in to our team,” Da Gama detailed.

Sanoka can operate as a center back and he also play a right back.

“I was pleasantly surprised that he was in a very good shape when we played a friendly against Kaizer Chiefs. He was in a good shape and played in two different positions. He is going to add a lot of experience and value to TS Galaxy.” Da Gama elaborated.
